Discrete tooling for straight male connectors
For safe press-in of har-pakŪ
connectors, HARTING has developed this discrete tooling system.
Due to its modular structure it can be adapted to any connector configuration
that needs to be pressed-in extremely quickly and securely.
Therefore a top and a bottom tool for each connector style is available.
The top tool is inserted directly into the press and the bottom tool into
a guide frame. This guide frame guarantees exact position of both the
bottom tool and the pcb.

Discrete tooling for angled female connectors
Angled har-pakŪ
connectors will be pressed-in with separate lamellar and hole inserts,
which will be mounted in a common body.
Implemented metal guides in the hole insert guarantee excellent pcb fixing,
thus a lamellar insert fixation is not necessary.
