Remove cable jacket and strip the fine stranded wires

Push fine stranded wires into the Han-Quick Lock® contact and push the black slide with a screw driver1) until it comes to a stop

Please insert the screw driver1) at an angle of 45° into the opening and lever the black slide out

Current carrying capacity

The current carrying capacity is limited by maximum temperature of materials for insert and contacts including terminals. The current capacity-curve is valid for continuous, not interrupted current-loaded contacts of connectors when simultaneous power on all contacts is given, without exceeding the maximum temperature.

Modified contact arrangement

The connector series Han D® equipped with all contacts may be used for voltages up to 250 V ~ insulation group C. A modified contact loading arrangement permits use up to 500 V ~ also in insulation group C.

Fully equipped connectors may also be used up to 500 V ~ but in a lower insulation group . See table 4

According to VDE 0627 connectors should not be coupled or decoupled under electrical load.
